Overview
This checklist guides IT staff through the complete onboarding process for new Santa Fe County employees. Start this process at least 5 business days before the employee's start date.
Required Information from HR
Before starting, confirm you have received:
- Employee full legal name
- Start date
- Department and manager
- Job title and role
- Work location (building and office number)
- Equipment requirements (laptop, desktop, phone)
- Software access requirements
Phase 1: Account Creation (Day -5)
Complete 5 business days before start date.
